About Hili Public School

Hili Public School is a specialized autonomous educational institution that provides comprehensive education to children and young learners at the primary and secondary levels. The school operates under the guidance and supervision of its Founder, Advisory Council, and School Managing Committee.

In 2001, the eminent educationist, social worker, journalist, and researcher Mr. A. F. M. Rafeul Karim, realizing the educational needs of the people of this region, established Hili Public School.

Over time, Hili Public School has continuously modernized and improved its teaching and learning methods in keeping with the changing needs of the modern world. As a result, the students of Hili Public School have successfully pursued higher education at various renowned educational institutions both at home and abroad, including medical colleges, engineering universities, Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, and other universities. Many students have also earned scholarships and established themselves successfully in their professional careers.

Already, many former students of Hili Public School have achieved success in various government and private-sector jobs, business, and a wide range of other professions, making significant contributions to society.

Hili Public School follows the National Curriculum prescribed by the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) of Bangladesh.

The school conducts a wide range of co-curricular activities with the aim of developing students' physical, mental, creative, moral, religious, cultural, and leadership qualities. These activities contribute to the holistic development of each student and help them become confident, responsible, and well-rounded individuals.

My dream has always been to nurture an enlightened generation — one that is strong in knowledge, rooted in morality, and guided by humanity. With that vision, Hili Public School was founded in 2001, igniting a flame of education in the heart of Hakimpur’s borderland.
I believe education is not confined to the pages of textbooks; it is a lifelong journey of understanding life itself. Within every child lies a spark of potential — our duty is to awaken that light, guide their steps, and inspire them to transform their dreams into reality.
